Are you looking for a fun guild? Have you tried all those run of the mill guilds and are tired of it? Looking for a place to eat a plate of spaghetti and maybe doodle on the guild hall walls with some crayons, and perhaps try to eat the leader's pet?

Sound good? Read on.

The Paladins of Eternal Truth is a guild unique to many others. We value teamwork, we value friendship, and we have an overall enjoyment of the Guild Wars universe as we together accomplish anything and together grow closer as friends. We are a small guild. suffice it to say "quality over quantity" is true with our guild.

POET has been around for a little over 3 years now. Since its founding, POET has always maintained certain priniciples (principles shared by our alliance), that very few guilds share. That is what makes us unique. What are they?

Principles of [POET]

Respect– Being considerate and courteous to others in language and actions, and acknowledging that others may have different opinions, beliefs, and outlooks than your own. We want to ensure a comfortable, relaxed, easy-going, and light-hearted atmosphere. Also, showing up on time to events, or giving notice if unable to attend.

Honor – Living true to your word, which includes maintaining guild standards agreed upon when becoming a part of POET, and bringing attention to others in holding standards as well. What are our standards? The lsit you are currently reading.

Integrity – Keeping personal and private information (gossip and rumors) out of the guild and alliance.

Loyalty – Showing dedication and giving back to the guild, whether offering to help others, making efforts to be available for guild activities, participating on the forums on the website, providing suggestions for guild activities, etc.

Friendship – Making efforts to get to know other members in the guild to help create a close-knit guild community, which includes welcoming and greeting other members, conversing and/or joking around in chat, encouraging others, grouping together and getting to know people!

Teamwork – Helping out other members on quests or missions, offering others to join you. Encouraging others if things are tough or the quest or mission does not go as planned. Guild teams ROCK! Especially a POET team!

Having Fun – That’s why we are all here anyway! And hey, joke around, share some laughs! Toss some crayons, sharpen a plate of spaghetti, pass the syrup and water balloons, hop on some tumbleweed and join in!
